INSTALLATION NOTES
- Compatible with most 26" and 28" bicycle frames; not suitable for frames with front tube width over 50 mm.
- Engine break-in: use 2-stroke oil at approx. 8 oz per US gallon of fuel during the initial running period.
- Align chainwheel and sprocket in a straight line for smooth operation.
- After installing carburetor and throttle cable, verify that the slide operates smoothly when twisting the throttle.
- When installing clutch cable, check that the rear wheel spins freely with clutch pulled in and stops when released.
- Adjust chain tension so that vertical chain deflection is approximately 0.5–1 cm under light pressure.
- Ensure spark plug, muffler and carburetor fasteners are securely tightened.
- Confirm all electrical connections are correctly and securely made before use.
