Upgrade a standard bicycle into a gas-powered bike with this complete 100cc 2-stroke motorized bicycle engine kit. Designed for most 26" and 28" frames, it includes engine, fuel tank, carburetor, drive components and controls for a full conversion.

INSTALLATION NOTES
- Keep chain, chain wheel and sprocket in a straight line during installation.
- After installing the carburetor and throttle cable, turn the throttle to verify proper carburetor operation.
- After installing the clutch cable, hold the clutch lever and spin the rear wheel; it should rotate freely. Releasing the lever should stop the wheel.
- Adjust chain tension so that downward deflection is approximately 0.5–1 cm.
- Ensure spark plug, muffler and carburetor bolts are tightened securely.
- Check all wiring connections before first start-up.
- Engine break-in: use 2-stroke oil premix at approximately 8 oz per US gallon of fuel during the break-in period.
FITMENT & COMPATIBILITY
- Designed for many 26" and 28" bicycles.
- Not suitable for bikes with a front frame width greater than 50 mm.
- Always confirm frame space, mounting clearances and component compatibility before installation.
