This 100cc 2-stroke motorized bicycle engine kit provides a complete solution to convert a compatible pedal bicycle into a petrol-powered bike. It includes the engine, fuel system, controls and mounting hardware required for installation on most 26" and 28" bicycles.

COMPATIBILITY & INSTALLATION NOTES

• Designed for many 26" and 28" bicycles.
• Not suitable for bicycles with a front frame width greater than approx. 50 mm.
• Includes installation manual with step-by-step assembly guidance.
• Ensure chain, chain wheel and sprocket are aligned in a straight line during installation.
• After installing carburetor and throttle cable, verify free throttle movement and correct carburetor operation.
• After installing the clutch cable, check that the rear wheel spins freely with clutch pulled in and stops when released.
• Adjust chain tension so that vertical chain sag is approximately 0.5–1 cm.
• Tighten all bolts on the spark plug, muffler and carburetor, and confirm all wiring connections are secure.
