OVERVIEW

Convert a standard bicycle into a motorized petrol bike with this upgraded 100cc 2-stroke engine kit. Designed for most 26" and 28" bicycles, it delivers high power output with efficient fuel consumption, ideal for off-road or private property use where permitted.

INSTALLATION NOTES

• Chainwheel and sprocket must be aligned in a straight line to prevent premature wear.
• After installing the carburetor and throttle cable, operate the throttle to ensure smooth carburetor response.
• When installing and adjusting the clutch cable, confirm that the rear wheel spins freely with the clutch pulled in and stops when released.
• Adjust chain tension so that downward deflection is approx. 0.5–1 cm under hand pressure.
• Securely tighten all bolts on the spark plug, muffler, carburetor and engine mounts.
• Verify all electrical connections, including CDI and kill switch, before first start-up.

FITMENT & USAGE GUIDELINES

• Designed for most 26" and 28" bicycles with a suitable frame triangle for the engine and tank.
• Not suitable for bicycles with a front frame tube wider than approx. 50 mm.
• Ensure adequate mechanical and structural strength of the bicycle frame before installation.
• Check local regulations regarding the use of motorized bicycles; in some regions these kits are for off-road or private property use only.

SAFETY & WARNINGS

• Always wear an appropriate, approved helmet and protective gear when riding.
• Not recommended for night riding. If riding at night is unavoidable, ensure the bicycle has a compliant lighting system.
• Follow correct fuel/oil mixing ratios and break-in procedures as outlined in the manual.
• Allow for 1–3 cm measurement tolerance on listed dimensions.
• Colour and finish may vary slightly due to lighting and display differences.
