PRODUCT OVERVIEW
This crankcase splitter and crank puller installer tool set is designed for servicing vertically split 2-stroke and 4-stroke motorcycle crankcases. It allows safe, controlled disassembly and reassembly of the crank assembly, helping to prevent damage to critical engine components.
CRANKCASE SPLITTER / SEPARATOR
The crankcase splitter/separator is an essential tool for bottom-end engine rebuilds on vertically split crankcases. Adjustable arms and multiple bolt options allow use across a wide range of bolt patterns.
- A must-have tool for disassembling vertically split 2- and 4-stroke crankcases.
- Safely pushes the crank assembly out of the crankcase halves.
- Adjustable arms to suit a variety of crankcase bolt patterns.
- Includes both 8 mm and 6 mm mounting bolts.
CRANK PULLER / INSTALLER
The crank puller/installer is used during reassembly to pull the crankshaft back into the crankcase in a controlled manner, reducing the risk of misalignment or damage.
- Essential tool for assembling vertically split crankcases.
- Safely and evenly pulls the crank assembly into the crankcase.
- Heavy-duty steel construction for durability.
- Includes female M10 x 1.25 mm and M12 x 1.25 mm adaptors to attach to the crank assembly.
- Not compatible with: Yamaha Raptor 660, Kawasaki Tecate 250, KTM 125/144/150.

FITMENT NOTE
Suitable for most 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines with vertically split crankcases where the adjustable arms and included bolts can be attached. Not for Yamaha Raptor 660, Kawasaki Tecate 250, or KTM 125/144/150. Always verify compatibility with your specific engine before use.
