ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION – IMPORTANT NOTICE

If your vehicle uses a window motor with anti-pinch (one-touch) function, the motor must be set correctly after installation. Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door, as this can cause the anti-pinch function to fail and require reset.

• The motors are tested and preset before dispatch.
• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to confirm the window travels fully upward.
• If the glass drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up again.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top and does not drop. If it still drops, repeat the steps until successful.
