ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This window motor may be used with a regulator system that includes an anti-pinch safety function and one-touch window switch.

• Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may require resetting.
• The motors are factory-tested and set up prior to dispatch.
• After installation, connect the one-touch window switch and pull the switch up. The window should travel fully to the top.
• If the window drops back down after reaching the top, reset the anti-pinch function as described below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET INSTRUCTIONS

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the down position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top without dropping. If it still drops after reaching the top, repeat the steps until the function operates correctly.
