ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION NOTE (MOTOR SETUP)

If your electric motor uses an anti-pinch safety function, correct setup is essential for proper operation.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may require resetting.
• Install the motor on the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up; the window should travel fully up. If it drops after reaching the top, reset the anti-pinch function.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to raise the window fully to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it drops, repeat the procedure until it operates correctly.
