ANTI-PINCH MOTOR SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)

If used with a window motor that has an anti-pinch function, correct setup is critical for proper operation.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may fail.
• Install the motor to the regulator and connect to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull up the switch; the window should travel fully to the top. If it drops after reaching the top, perform a reset.

Anti-pinch reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it still drops, repeat the procedure.
