ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (MOTORS WITH ONE-TOUCH)

If used with a motor that has an anti-pinch / one-touch function, follow the reset procedure after installation if the window drops after reaching the top.

• Install the motor on the regulator and connect to the one-touch window switch.
• Do not test the motor before it is fitted to the door.
• If the window drops down after going fully up, perform the reset steps below.

Reset steps:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and check it does not drop.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the function is correctly set.

• This regulator is supplied without a motor. Existing motor may be reused if compatible and in good condition.
