ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET

If your vehicle uses a window motor with anti-pinch function, correct initialization is required after installation. Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may fail and require reset.

• Install the motor on the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window fully. If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully and confirm it no longer drops when it reaches the top.

If the glass still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
