ANTI-PINCH MOTOR SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)

If your vehicle uses a window motor with anti-pinch and one-touch function, correct setup is required for proper operation. Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may need to be reset.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top and does not drop back down. If it drops after reaching the top, repeat the steps until the function operates correctly.
