ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)

If the vehicle is equipped with an anti-pinch one-touch function, the motor may require resetting after installation.

• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch before testing.
• Operate the window up; if it goes fully to the top and stays, the setting is correct.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, follow the reset steps below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top and check that it no longer drops.

If the glass still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until the function operates correctly.
