ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This motor is equipped with an anti-pinch safety function. Do not test the motor before installation in the door, otherwise the function may need to be reset.

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window. If the glass goes fully up and stays up, setup is correct.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

If the window no longer drops after reaching the top, the reset is complete. If it still drops, repeat the above steps until successful.
