ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (WHERE APPLICABLE)

Motors with anti-pinch safety function must be correctly initialised after installation. Do not power-test the motor before it is mounted in the door, as this can cause the anti-pinch function to lose its settings.

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window fully and check for correct operation.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, reset the anti-pinch function as below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and verify it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
