ANTI-PINCH MOTOR RESET NOTE

For window regulator motors with anti-pinch and one-touch functions, the motor must be correctly set while installed inside the door. Do not test the motor before installation, as this can cause the anti-pinch feature to malfunction and require resetting.

ANTI-PINCH RESET INSTRUCTIONS

• Install the motor to the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to confirm the window runs fully to the top position.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, follow the reset steps below.

Reset steps:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it drops again, repeat the procedure until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
