Installation and Usage
This manifold should be fitted by a K-Series specialist. Drain coolant if required, remove the factory manifold, throttle body and fuel rail, and clean the head surface. Install the new manifold with fresh gaskets, torque the fasteners evenly and refit the fuel system and throttle body, using adapters where needed. A tune is essential afterwards. Check for vacuum and fuel leaks before driving.

Important Fitment Notice
Please send us your VIN and engine details before ordering so we can help confirm fitment. Images are for reference only. Intake manifold modifications can affect emissions compliance and your Warrant of Fitness in New Zealand, and engine changes may need Low Volume Vehicle certification. Because manifold choice depends heavily on your head, cam and throttle setup, we recommend discussing your full engine specification with us or your tuner before you place an order.
