INSTALLATION NOTES

• Inspect the cooling system for stray/electric current before removing the old radiator.
• Completely drain coolant and flush the system with clean water and a quality alkaline flushing agent.
• Check and, if necessary, replace related components such as radiator cap, hoses, clamps, thermostat, water pump and fans.
• Carefully remove the old radiator, check mountings and correctly install the new radiator assembly.
• Refill with clean water and re-test for stray/electric current before adding coolant.
• Use only the coolant type and dosage specified in the vehicle manufacturer service manual.
• Do not mix different coolant brands to avoid chemical reactions that can reduce corrosion protection.
• Run the engine to normal operating temperature and inspect for leaks after installation.

Correct coolant selection, thorough system flushing and stray current testing are critical to prevent electrolysis, internal corrosion and premature radiator failure.
