Product Overview
This universal oil catch tank collects oil vapour and condensation from the crankcase ventilation system before it can be drawn back into the intake. Over time, oily residue in the intake tract can coat sensors and intercoolers, so a catch can is a popular addition on turbocharged, track and high-revving engines. This 1 litre unit is machined from aluminium and uses an internal baffle to help separate oil from air.
Key Features and Benefits
- 1 litre capacity aluminium body
- Baffled internal design to help separate oil mist
- 8AN female inlet port
- 12AN breather port with filter
- 10AN drain port for easy emptying
- Compact square body suits tight engine bays
Vehicle Compatibility
This is a universal product and is not designed for one specific vehicle. Suitability depends on available mounting space and your engine's breather layout. Please confirm dimensions and fitting sizes against your vehicle before ordering.

Installation and Usage
Mount the tank securely in an upright position away from exhaust heat, then plumb the crankcase breather line to the inlet using suitable AN fittings and oil-resistant hose. The filtered breather vents the tank, and the drain allows collected oil to be emptied. Check the level regularly, especially after track days. Depending on emissions requirements and your engine design, a closed system routed back to the intake may be preferable; a professional installer can advise on the best setup.
