Product Overview
This 50mm high pressure blow off valve is a universal component for turbocharged vehicles. Its job is to release excess boost pressure from the charge pipe when the throttle closes, helping to manage pressure spikes in the intake system. The aluminium body is listed in several colour finishes to suit different engine bay themes, making it a popular choice for custom turbo builds and upgraded factory turbo setups alike.

Installation and Usage
A blow off valve is normally mounted on a weld-on or bolt-on flange in the charge piping and connected to a manifold vacuum source. Correct placement, flange compatibility and vacuum routing are essential, and some vehicles with airflow-metered engine management may need tuning when venting to atmosphere. We recommend fitting by a performance workshop experienced with turbocharged vehicles, followed by a boost leak test to confirm the system is sealed.
