This aluminium alloy V-band flange clamp is a universal joining solution for exhaust, intercooler and intake piping. It combines a fixed and a movable flange with a V-shaped clamp, allowing pipes to be connected and separated quickly without welding the joint shut each time. The clamp is offered in several pipe sizes from 2 inches up to 4 inches, and in red, blue or black finishes.

Installation and Usage

The flanges are normally welded to each pipe end, then joined with the V-band clamp and tightened evenly. Correct alignment of the flanges is essential for a good seal.
