Technical specifications

Installation requirements

The fan assembly is typically removed from under the vehicle after taking off the undertray, sometimes with the front bumper in service position. Disconnect the battery before unplugging the fan. Professional installation is recommended for electrical cooling parts. After fitting, run the engine to operating temperature with the air conditioning on and confirm the fan operates at each speed.

Fitment checks before ordering

MQB fan assemblies come in several wattages (commonly matched to engine size and climate package) and are not all interchangeable. Please send us the label number on your existing fan or your VIN so we can confirm before ordering.

Package inclusions

1 x radiator fan assembly, as listed. Fixings are not included unless stated.
